Commutation to Cason Terraza de los Andes, located in the wine yard of the same denomination, where the wine culture can be perceived at all moments.
Night visit to CARO Vineyard, project of the Baron of Rostchild and Catena family.
Directed degustation.
Welcome dinner party at a 1884 restaurant belonging to the well-known chef Francis Mallmann.
Day 2:
Breakfast at the cottage.
Tour around the N°1 wine-making area specialized in malbec production.
Visit to a wine yard of the region, where the chef of the place awaits for us to take part in an active cooking class learning the secrets of the regional cuisine and how to match the regional wines.
Lunch at wine yard.
Commutation back to the cottage.
Dinner at Casa El Enemigo, belonging to the well-known enologist Alejandro Vigil.
Night at Casona Terraza de los Andes.
Day 3:
Breakfast at Casona Terraza de los Andes.
During the morning, we’ll head towards the Uco Valley, located beneath the Cordón del Plata, with breathtaking views of the mountain line.
Visit with desgutation to a wine yard of the area, visiting the place in old tractors. The programme offers the opportunity of learning the secrets of wine from the perspective of the care taken in wine yards, taking into account the different types of soil and making several stops, each with degustations, at each one of the trial pits.
Lunch at wine yard.
Commutation back to the cottage.
Night at Casona Terraza de los Andes.
Day 4:
Breakfast at Casona Terraza de los Andes. Checkout and commutation towards the airport.
